Decision:
On 16 September 2014 we published our decision on Modification Number Four to the Shrinkage and Leakage Model (SLM). This followed a submission to the Authority of a modification report. The report had been subject to a consultation which sought respondents’ views on the revised SLM and the revised RIIO-GD1 shrinkage outputs and incentives which would result from the modification. This letter identifies some errors in our decisions and consults on amending our decision to correct these errors.
