Developing network monopoly price controls. Initial Conclusions

This document sets out some of the key principles that Ofgem intends to use for the price control regulation of network monopoly companies including in relation to the consistency of regulatory frameworks and general principles for price controls (Chapter 2); assessing costs and incentives (Chapter 3); and financial issues (Chapter 4).
