Decision:
This consultation invites views from stakeholders on our proposed changes to the Capacity Market Rules.
It follows on from the publication of our decision on 5 July 2016 (the “July decision”) relating to our April 2016 statutory consultation. In the July decision we committed to consulting on two issues which are included in this document. We are also proposing to make a further amendment to correct the drafting taken forward in the July decision.
