We are seeking views from stakeholders on the proposal submitted by all EU Transmission System Operators (TSO) for a Methodology for how they will share Congestion Income (CIDM), as required by Article 73 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 establishing a guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
The subsidiary documents include the proposal from all EU TSOs for the CIDM.
