This notice explains our proposed changes to the Gas Network Innovation Competition (NIC) Governance Document version 3.0. This notice is issued under a number of licence conditions. These are:
- Special Condition 2F of the Gas Transporters Licence for National Grid Transmission
- Special Condition 1I of the Gas Transporters Licence for Distribution Network Operators
Representations on the proposed modifications must be made on, or before, 12pm on 23 November 2020 to networks.innovation@ofgem.gov.uk.
