Competition in connections – Consultation on ENWL’s Competition Notice

This consultation seeks views on the development of competition in the Distribution Service Area of Electricity North West Limited (ENWL). It follows the submission to us by ENWL of a ‘Competition Notice’¹  on 24 December 2013 in relation to three Relevant Market Segments (RMS)² Metered Demand — Low Voltage Work, Distributed Generation — Low Voltage work, and Unmetered Other.

² Defined in Part K of CRC 12 as any of the Relevant Market Segments that are defined in or determined in accordance with Appendix 1.
