Submitting your meter reading

If you are metered for payment (ie, you are required to have meters installed to calculate your RHI payments), you’ll need to submit meter readings to receive payments. It’s one of your ongoing obligations to submit meter readings every three months.

We can’t pay you if you don’t submit your readings. Repeated failure to submit may lead to you losing out on RHI payments and could also lead to your accreditation being revoked; meaning your participation in the scheme would come to an end.

If you are  only, you will not need to submit any meter readings.

To submit meter readings, go into MyRHI, the online system you use to view and manage your Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (Domestic RHI) account. To sign into MyRHI, you need to use the email address and password you created at application.
