White Label Providers – Call for Evidence

White Labels are unlicensed companies that have a contractual agreement with a licensed supplier to sell gas and/or electricity to consumers using the white label’s brand. In the Retail Market Review statutory consultation in June 2013 we said it is in consumers’ interests that we give further consideration to the right regulatory framework for white labels.

This consultation is a call to provide evidence that will inform the development of that framework.
