SSE - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 2

This proposal from SSE proposes an amendment to Rule 6.10 (Termination) to allow a Generating CMU consisting of multiple generating units to transfer to some of their capacity to a low carbon exclusion scheme and to reduce their capacity obligation rather than terminate their Capacity Agreement in full.
