Ofgem has launched TR12 to identify suitable bidders to whom an offshore transmission licence will be granted. There is one project in TR12, Sofia Offshore Wind Farm. This project has met the necessary qualifying requirements and tender entry conditions (in accordance with the Electricity Regulations (2015) for TR12.
