National Grid - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 24

This proposal from National Grid suggest a clarification to the effect that a duration bid amendment is capped at the declared duration 10 days before the auction and to clarify whether it can only reduce during the auction. National Grid have suggested that implementation of this proposal may be delayed until after the 2015 prequalification process.
