This proposal from National Grid would require bidders in the Demand Side Response (DSR) transitional auctions to specify a default position on which capacity product they wish to acquire, which could be changed up to 30 minutes after the auction results have been announced. This would involve an amendment to Rule 11.3.3 (Awarding a Capacity Agreement).
