This submission proposes to amend Rules 3.11.4 and 3.12.5 to make reference to a ‘person' submitting the Opt-out Notification rather than the 'Applicant' as is currently drafted. It is proposed 'Applicant' is not an applicable term where an Existing CMU is opting out.
