This submission proposes to amend Rule 8.5.3 to correct an error in the formula for the calculation of the Load Following Capacity Obligation (LFCO): there should be an additional set of brackets around the "min" function: ∑(AACOij – SCOij). Where AACOij is the Auction Acquired Capacity Obligation and SCOij is the Suspended Capacity Obligation.
