For all virgin loft measures installed under ECO2 this form must be completed by the assessor and the occupier/landlord to confirm that no insulation is present in all or part of the loft. The form must be secured in the loft for the purposes of technical monitoring. If, during a technical monitoring inspection, the completed declaration is not present in the loft, that measure will fail technical monitoring. Only the form provided on our website can be used to meet this requirement.
