This submission proposes to amend Rule 7.4. so that, in respect of a CMU which pre-qualified as a Refurbishing CMU and which is awarded a capacity agreement, the Capacity Market Register will state whether that agreement is for the Refurbishing CMU or Pre-Refurbishment CMU.
