In August 2014 we put in place a new regulated route for near term interconnector investment – the ‘cap and floor’ regime.
The second application window for the cap and floor regime closed on 31 October 2016. The second window cap and floor regulatory regime has attracted three potential projects. We are now in the process of assessing if they fit our eligibility criteria. We will publish a letter with the results of the eligibility check not more than 30 days after the close of the window.
