Notice of refusal of an application for a licence to supply gas under section 6(1)(d) of the Electricity Act 1989
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority whose principal office is situated at 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU hereby gives notice that on 30 June 2022 it refused an application for a licence under section 7A(1) of the Gas Act 1986 authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain from Alaska Energy Ltd (company registration number 11042378) whose registered office is situated at The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicestershire, LE3 8DG.
