NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 17 August 2016 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Trio Utilities Ltd (company number 10076230) whose registered office is situated at AVC House, Northampton Lane, Swansea, SA1 4EH, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
