The regulatory regime for offshore electricity transmission enables the Authority to grant an Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) Licence on the basis of a competitive tender process. This document sets out the Tender Rules for TR4, the fourth tender round that we have run which will lead to the grant of an OFTO Licence for the Burbo Bank Extension project.
