SW9 Community Housing - Notice of grant of a gas supply licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE

Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 22 September 2016 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1)(a) of the Act to SW9 Community Housing (company number 09574528) whose registered office is situated at 6 Stockwell Park Walk, London, SW9 0FG, United Kingdom authorising the supply to the below premises gas which has been conveyed through pipes to those premises:

• Flats 1 – 6 inc. 142 Stockwell Park Road, SW9 0DP (6 properties)
• 1 – 121 inc. Chute House, Stockwell Park Road, SW9 0DW (121 properties)
• 1 – 60 inc. Crowhurst House, including the Community Centre, Aytoun Road, SW9 0UD
• 61 – 119 inc. Crowhurst House, Aytoun Road, SW9 0UE including a Nursery (120 properties in total)
• 1 – 60 inc. Fitzgerald House, Stockwell Park Road, SW9 0UG
• 61 – 81 inc. Fitzgerald House, Stockwell Park Road, SW9 0UE (81 properties in total)
• 1 – 27 Tuberville House, Moat Place, SW9 0UP (27 properties)
• 1 – 48 Tyler House, Aytoun Road, SW9 0UA (48 properties)
