Decision on changes to SHEPD's licence in respect of costs associated with the Extended Interim Energy Solution for Shetland

In May we set out our minded-to position on the proposed costs of providing an interim solution for Shetland. We considered respondents' views and published our decision on these costs. We are now publishing a statutory consultation on the associated licence changes.
