NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 10 March 2016 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Simple Energy Scotland Limited (company number SC417777) whose registered office is situated at Inveralmond Business Park, Auld Bond Road, Perth, PH1 3FX, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
