In May 2014 we published modifications to the special conditions (Charge Restriction Conditions) of the electricity distribution licences held by the four licensees owned by Western Power Distribution plc (WPD) to implement the RIIO-ED1 price control settlement.
We are now publishing our decision following consultation on the proposed minor modifications to correct typographical and formulae errors in these special conditions of the electricity distribution licences held by WPD.
These corrections will take effect from 1 April 2016.
