Revocation of decision on values within the stakeholder satisfaction output arrangements

On 6 November 2015, we issued a decision determining values for the baselines, caps, collars and weightings of the stakeholder satisfaction survey and key performance indicators of the electricity transmission and gas transmission owners, which form part of the stakeholder satisfaction output element of the RIIO-T1 price control.
We previously consulted on proposals to determine these values in June 2015.
Following further review of our decision, we have decided to revoke it as we consider the process for determining the relevant values was flawed.
We will be issuing a new consultation in the coming weeks, which re-considers the available options and re-consults on the values to be determined.
