On 19 June 2015, the Authority received a notice from Blue Transmission London Array Limited in respect of an event which Blue Transmission London Array Limited considers to be an income adjusting event (IAE).
The Authority has determined that the event does not constitute an IAE for the reasons given in this letter.
In the letter we also explain the details of the event set out in the Notice, provide a summary of the income adjustment event provision and describe the process we have followed to reach the Authority’s determination.
