NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 22 May 2020 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to P3P Energy Supply Limited (company number 10872509) whose registered office is situated at First Floor Thavies Inn House 3-4, Holborn Circus, London, EC1N 2HA, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below).
