NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) that on 21 March 2016 an extension to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(4)(a) of the Act to Opal Gas Limited (company registration number 09403911) whose registered office is situated at 48 Verulam Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, AL3 4DH authorising it to supply to any premises situated in Great Britain.
