Ofgem is today publishing a policy consultation on proposals for how we may design and implement the default tariff cap. This follows publication of five working papers on the design of the cap.

Today’s consultation is being published ahead of the statutory consultation on the default tariff cap, which Ofgem will publish once Royal Assent is given to the legislation.
