We propose to make changes to the RIIO-T1 Gas Transmission Price Control - Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These proposed modifications seek to clarify existing reporting requirements.
This notice, issued further to paragraph 10(a) of Part C of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence, proposes changes to Version 6.2 of the RIGs for RIIO-GT1 published on 07 May 2019 (see Related document).
Please let us know by 06 April 2020 if you have any comments on the proposals.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction in April 2020.
