Notice relating to a modified set of electricity transmission regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) and reporting templates for 2015-16 annual reporting. (Notice under paragraph 10(a) of Standard Condition B15 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SC B15”) of the Electricity Transmission Licence granted to the Licensees under section 6(1) (b) of the Electricity Act 1989)
We are consulting on the proposed modification of the electricity transmission RIGs and reporting templates for 2015-16 annual reporting.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction on or after 15 April 2016.
Update: Due to an administrative oversight, two proposed modifications to the RIGs under SC B15 were not included in the Notice issued on 11 March. The document “Clarification to ‘Notice Modification in relation to RIIO-T1 Electricity Transmission Price Control – Regulatory Instructions and Guidance: Version 3.0’” sets out details of the proposed modifications not included in the original publication. Additional draft text has also been incorporated into the Guidance document and an updated version (Version 3.0.1) has been published alongside this clarification.
