Investigation into Npower's compliance with its obligations under SLC 44 of its gas supply licence

Ofgem has decided to close its investigation into Npower’s compliance with its obligations under SLC 44 of its gas supply licence with respect to the notice required in the event of a unilateral variation of contract by the licensee.

Ofgem closed the investigation on the grounds of administrative priority, in the light of payments to be made by Npower to consumers who had been adversely affected.
