The regulatory regime for offshore electricity transmission enables the Authority to grant Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) Licences on the basis of a competitive tender process.
This document sets out guidance on the Transfer Agreement to be prepared by the Developer of the Qualifying Project in TR4. This will lead to the grant of an OFTO Licence for the Burbo Bank Extension project.
