NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 12 August 2016 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Golding Energy Limited (company number 10167444) whose registered office is situated at 18 The Triangle, Ng2 Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1AE, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
