NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 17 December 2020 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to E.ON UK Industrial Shipping Limited (company number 03412581) whose registered office is situated at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
