NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 21 January 2016 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to ENSCO Energy Services Company (UK) Ltd (company number 09751407) whose registered office is situated at 12 Gateway Mews, Bounds Green, London, N11 2UT, UNITED KINGDOM, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
