NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) that on 09 September 2016 an extension to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(4)(a) of the Act to Engie Power Limited (company registration number 04236804) whose registered office is situated at No. 1 Leeds, 26 Whitehall Road, Leeds, LS12 1BE, United Kingdom authorising it to supply to any premises situated in Great Britain.
