NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 09 September 2016 an extension to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Engie Power Limited (company number 04236804) whose registered office is situated at No. 1 Leeds, 26 Whitehall Road, Leeds, LS12 1BE, United Kingdom authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
