This proposal seeks to amend the Joint DSR Test drafting so that, similarly to the standard DSR Test, where a CMU Portfolio demonstrates between 90% and 100% of their nominated DSR de-rated capacity the Proven DSR Capacity is reduced proportionally, rather than requiring a new Joint DSR Test as is currently required.
