NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 30 August 2016 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to East Anglia Three Limited (company number 08141208) whose registered office is situated at 3rd Floor, 1 Tudor Street, London, EC4Y 0AH, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
