Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement DCP256 Change to DCUSA to Mitigate Risks of Non-Payment of DCUSA Invoices

Following the introduction of the Theft Risk Assessment Service into the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) the value of invoices raised to meet DCUSA cost has increased significantly. DCP256 proposes measures to improve the arrangements for follow up of non-payment of DCUSA invoices and improve the transparency of DCUSA costs.
