The intent of these Change Proposals was to introduce a threshold of MPRNs supplied, below which a Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) or Supply Point Administration Agreement (SPAA) Party would not be required to submit data to the TRAS.

The Authority rejected these modifications on 1 July 2016.
