DCP253 intends to change the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) to permit a Distribution Network Operator (DNO/IDNO), when it replaces its service cut-out fuse, to retighten meter tails and customer tails connecting into and out of a whole current meter and/or remake connections to meter terminals as necessary prior to re-energisation.

The Authority approved this modification on 12 August 2016.
