We have decided to modify SpC 6F the of Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc’s electricity transmission licence.
We believe logical algebraic errors have been reducing transparency about the allowance calculations.
The errors primarily cause issues with the calculation of interim allowances rather than final post-reconciliation values for actual capacity delivery. To promote consistency, we have reviewed and are changing to all the algebra in SpC 6F.
