This letter sets out the Authority’s decision to grant Utilita Energy Limited a temporary derogation from SLC 11B of its gas and electricity supply licences.

The temporary derogation will enable Utilita Energy Limited to enter User Entry Process Testing (UEPT) during Tranche 2 rather than the allocated Tranche 1.
