Investigation into SSE and its compliance with its obligations under the gas and electricity supply licences (Standard Licence Conditions 31A and 25C)

Ofgem has decided to close its investigation into SSE’s compliance with its obligations under the gas and electricity supply licences (Standard Licence Conditions 25C (Domestic Standards of Conduct; superseded by SLC 0 on 10 October 2017) and 31A.9.

The decision was taken following agreement for SSE to pay £1m redress to the Voluntary Redress Fund. For more details of the Voluntary Redress Fund please see Energy Saving Trust.
