As part of our CGR3 Final Proposals we set out that the Code Administration Code of Practice (CACoP) qualitative metrics needed to improve and required greater visibility if the results are to be helpful to industry. In September we confirmed the appointment of Future Thinking to undertake the survey. Future Thinking has now developed the survey questionnaire, supported by Ofgem.
The appendix to this letter includes the draft survey questionnaire and we are requesting any comments you may have on it. Please note, we are not asking you to complete the survey in response to this letter, this is an opportunity for you to consider the scope and content of the survey.
