NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 24 June 2016 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Bor Energy Limited (company number 10026693) whose registered office is situated at 18 the Triangle, Ng2 Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1AE, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
