This letter contains our decision to approve requested amendments to certain sections of the Project Direction dated 19 December 2013 and to certain sections of the Full Submission for Southern Electric Power Distribution’s (SEPD’s) Solent Achieving Value from Efficiency (SAVE) project (the project). The amendments we are approving are set out in the amended Project Direction in the schedule to this letter and the amended Full Submission Appendix 8 of the Change Request itself.
