Uniform Network Code (UNC) 485: Introduction of long-term use-it-or-lose-it mechanism to facilitate compliance with the EU Congestion Management Procedures

UNC485 seeks to facilitate compliance with relevant EU legislation adopted in 2012 to implement a number of Congestion Management Procedures (CMPs) including a requirement to have the use of a long-term use-it-or-lose-it (LTUIOLI) mechanism available from 1 October 2014.

The Authority approved this modification on 20 August 2014.
